Refund Tiers

Refund amounts are calculated based on the notice period before your check-in date.

30+ days before check-in

100%Full Refund

Cancel at least 30 days before your check-in date and receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including any deposit.

14–29 days before check-in

50%Partial Refund

Cancel between 14 and 29 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

7–13 days before check-in

25%Partial Refund

Cancel between 7 and 13 days before check-in and receive a 25% refund of the total booking amount.

Less than 7 days before check-in

0%No Refund

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the methods below. Include your booking reference number in all correspondence.

Cancellation requests are processed within 1 business day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Special Circumstances

Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events that prevent your stay, VestaGrove Ltd will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a full refund or free rebooking, at our discretion.

Medical Emergencies

We treat medical emergencies with compassion. If you or a member of your party is unable to travel due to a serious medical situation, please contact us with supporting documentation. We will do our best to find a fair solution.

Non-Refundable Rates

Certain promotional or discounted rates are designated as non-refundable at the time of booking. This will be clearly indicated before you confirm your reservation.

Cancellation by VestaGrove Ltd

In the unlikely event that VestaGrove Ltd must cancel your booking (e.g. due to property unavailability or circumstances beyond our control), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid within 5 business days. We will also endeavour to offer an alternative property of equal or higher standard at no extra cost.

We recommend travel insurance

VestaGrove Ltd strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. A good policy will cover you for cancellations due to illness, injury, travel disruption, and more — giving you full peace of mind.
