Making a Booking
How do I make a booking?+
Browse our properties, select your dates and number of guests, then click "Book Now" on the property page. Fill in your details and submit your request. You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes once your booking is reviewed.
Is my booking instantly confirmed?+
Most bookings are reviewed and confirmed within a few hours. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your booking is confirmed. In peak seasons, please allow up to 24 hours.
Can I make a booking on behalf of someone else?+
Yes. Simply enter the lead guest's details during checkout. Please note that the person named on the booking is responsible for the property and all guests during the stay.
How far in advance can I book?+
You can book up to 18 months in advance. For short-notice bookings (within 72 hours), please contact us directly at lettings@vestagrove.co.uk or call 07494 243625 to confirm availability.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Bank transfers are also available for bookings over £2,000. All transactions are securely processed.
What's included in the rental price?+
The nightly rate includes the property as described, all listed amenities, and our 24/7 guest support. Some properties include utilities, Wi-Fi, and cleaning. Any additional charges (e.g. tourist tax, optional extras) are clearly listed on the property page before you book.
Is there a security deposit?+
A refundable security deposit may be required for some properties. The amount is displayed on the property page. This deposit is returned within 7 business days after check-out, subject to no damage being reported.
Are prices per night or per stay?+
All prices shown are per night. The total cost for your chosen dates is calculated and displayed before you confirm your booking — no hidden fees.
Check-in & Check-out
What are the standard check-in and check-out times?+
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request — please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
How do I receive the keys or access codes?+
Full check-in instructions, including key collection details or smart lock codes, are sent to your registered email 48 hours before your arrival date. If you haven't received this, please contact us immediately.
What if I arrive late at night?+
All properties support late arrivals. Key safes or smart locks are standard. Your arrival instructions will contain everything you need. Our 24/7 support line (07494 243625) is always available.
During Your Stay
What do I do if something is broken or not working?+
Contact our guest support team immediately via phone (07494 243625) or email (lettings@vestagrove.co.uk). We aim to resolve any issues within 2 hours for urgent matters.
Are pets allowed?+
Pet policies vary per property. Properties that accept pets are clearly marked with a "Pets Welcome" badge. Please always declare pets at time of booking — undisclosed pets may incur additional charges.
Can I host events or parties?+
Events and parties are strictly prohibited unless expressly agreed in writing prior to booking. Violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and charges for any damages.
Is Wi-Fi included?+
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included at the majority of our properties. This is clearly noted in the amenities list on each property page.
How many guests are permitted?+
Each property has a maximum occupancy displayed on its page. Exceeding this limit is not permitted and may result in termination of the booking without refund.
Modifications & Cancellations
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?+
Date changes and modifications are subject to availability and may incur a rebooking fee. Please contact us as soon as possible at lettings@vestagrove.co.uk. Changes are not guaranteed.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Our cancellation policy varies by booking. Generally: free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in; 50% refund for 14–29 days notice; no refund for less than 14 days. See our full Cancellation Policy page for details.
What happens if VestaGrove cancels my booking?+
In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days. We'll also do our best to find you an alternative property.
